Mundiapolis University Executive
Introduction
Mundiapolis University   The effectiveness of our programs depends largely on the quality and effectiveness of teaching methods used to teach the learner. The idea is to develop a teaching strategy "winning".   This is therefore, the transition to an approach focused on learning and support. For teachers, this means a significant change in style from the "magister" in professional reflection, for thought processes rather than the accumulation of knowledge.   Experience shows that the simple transmission of knowledge does not lead very far and that much of what is taught is unfortunately quickly forgotten and never implemented to solve problems in real life, in the middle professional. The evaluation of a problem becomes partial. This is certainly due to the fact that business activities can be learned by the simple transmission of knowledge and memory. The knowledge, skills, attitudes, organizational and relational modes must be taught in context.   Thus, we have the light on the need to opt for teaching resources to unleash the initiative and creativity of learners, to facilitate the development of their autonomy and sense of responsibility by contact with learning situations approaching reality.
