Our lecturers will provide you with truly international studies, as they come from universities in the USA, Czech Republic, and Italy – all major transporting countries. To take full advantage of this course, you will be required to know English at the B2 level.
Our logistics study programs include topics such as management of logistics processes, risk management in the international supply chain, smart logistics, logistics marketing, and many more. All topics are crowned with your master’s thesis – a showcase of your theoretical and practical knowledge, acquired during the internship. After 1,5 years of intensive studies, you will receive your master's degree in the field of management – social sciences. You will also be awarded 90 ECTS credits for your future studies.
Upon graduation, you will be able to work competently in logistics companies: shipping companies, places like the port of Klaipėda, SC Lithuanian Railways, the Ministry of Transportation, the Logistics Department of Land Forces of Lithuania, and many more international workplaces.

Program Structure
During the studies the big focus is on group motivation, crisis management, knowledge of the newest trends in goods and materials flows. International trade relations and various peculiarities of Customs Office’s procedures of different countries are also being covered in a deep and comprehensive way. International Mobility Possibilities
Students can participate in the ERASMUS+ mobility program which gives a possibility to study at a university abroad for 1 or 2 semesters and do an internship in another country.

MRU Incentive scholarships
Who can apply?
Best-performing Bachelor or Master degree students (state-funded and non-state-funded) from target foreign countries*.
Financial provisions:
1,5 BSB (1 BSB = 55 Eur) provided 2 times per year (autumn semester (September-January)/ spring semester (February-June)) and is paid monthly.
Criteria:
Best-performing students in the academic unit are determined each semester by their learning results (average of the last session grades – at least 8).
*List of the countries is approved by the Rector on the proposal of the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs.

The content of the study program and its orientation towards the development of logistics processes are universal, which leads to wide career alternatives for graduates of the program.
For 2018, graduates of the Logistics management study program occupy high and solid positions in the biggest Lithuanian logistics companies, shipping companies, port of Klaipėda, SC Lithuanian Railways, Ministry of Transportation, Logistics Department of Land Forces of Lithuania and etc. More and more of our former students continue their successful careers abroad thanks to the knowledge and skills acquired during the study process.
