Lingnan University’s MA in International Higher Education and Management programme enhances the skills of education administrators
The initiatives that Chief Executive Carrie Lam aims to apply to higher and continuing education – which include a HK$30,000 subsidy to eligible secondary school graduates – will certainly trigger growth in the higher education sector. In places such as the Mainland China, similar policies have resulted in dramatic higher education expansion in the past few decades. A Programme for Career in the Education Sector
