Introduction

This programme aims to provide students with core skills in human resource management along with an awareness' of current issues in leading and developing people in complex organisations. Those who take the course will be intending to pursue their career in human resource management at high operational and strategic levels. Subjects studied include: Human Resource Management, Business Law, Business Financial Management, Marketing Management, Employment Law, Strategic HRM, Managing Organizational Development and Change, Corporate Communication, Negotiation and Decision Making, Intercultural Management Consumer Behaviour, Legal issues in HRM, Training and Development, International HRM, Recruitment and Selection, Crisis Management.

The course benefits from a six month paid internship that forms an integral part of their education.
