Introduction
Here you will gain knowledge of the basics of finance and accounting. The MSc in Global Finance and Accounting course of study includes knowledge of economics and finance as well as familiarizes students with the financial mechanisms of the functioning of the modern market economy, its institutions and economic entities.
The study program is closely linked to professional practice and prepares students well for the CFA, ACCA and CIMA exams.
Specialties
- Corporate Finance and Analytics
The specialization aims to provide knowledge in the field of financial markets, with particular emphasis on empirical methods used in financial market analyses, and practical skills in obtaining financial data processing. The Corporate Finance and Analytics specialization is adapted to the requirements of CFA Level 2 and Level 3 accreditation.
- Financial Reporting and Audit The specialization allows you to gain a thorough knowledge of new concepts and directions of development of modern management accounting and control with particular emphasis on the issues of cost management, projects in enterprises and institutions, measurement and documentation of economic operations through their recording, preparation of financial statements and their audit. The specialization prepares for CIMA certification at the DMA level (Diploma in Management Accounting) from the P1 and F1 modules and facilitates obtaining the ACCA certificate because 80% of the issues in the subjects have been adapted to the list of ACCA requirements.

Program Outcome
The learning outcomes achieved also include a wide range of knowledge, skills and competencies in the field of business accounting – measurement and recognition of the course of business activities, appropriate preparation of data and preparation of financial statements.
After completing the Global Finance and Accounting course , students will have the knowledge necessary to obtain the Chartered Financial Analyst title and the knowledge necessary for ACCA and CIMA certification.
