- PLO1: Be able to design, and manage research in food science and technology systematically by themselves to solve the problem with sustainability and creativity and be able to apply in commercial
- PLO2: Be able to process and apply knowledge in food science and integrate related knowledge to solve the problem. Be able to analyze the cause of problems in production, quality control and food safety using food science and technology principles with professional ethics and abide by laws and regulations and concern about consumers’ health and world situation.
- PLO3: Be able to present and write a scientific document related to food science and technology to related persons with professional ethics
- PLO4: Be able to work with others from different cultures, and be able to suitably perform the assigned tasks. Eager to learn to develop themselves and the organization continuously and be a leader to effectively manage a problem
