Introduction
Are you a future leader of tomorrow's companies and organizations? This program provides you with the knowledge and skills required for you to become an effective leader in various business contexts and multicultural environments.
The program is tailored to equip students with the knowledge and skills required to become effective leaders in a business world that is increasingly global, culturally dynamic, data-driven, socially responsible, and entrepreneurial. Through projects and group work, students fine-tune their planning and collaboration skills and garner experience in intercultural relations. Support is provided throughout by faculty with substantial experience in management practice and research.
After graduation, the students are prepared for a wide range of careers, such as project leader, change manager, international business developer, or head of operations. The second year offers the opportunity to specialize your degree by selecting elective courses abroad at JIBS, or by doing a corporate internship.
All courses will be conducted in English with students in attendance from around the world, which contributes to a broad perspective on the issues discussed in classes. The teachers have extensive experience in management research, which ensures the relevance of the education.

Internship
During the second year, an internship is included to give you the opportunity to get practical experience, either in Sweden or abroad. As a student, you get the chance to collaborate with companies on various projects during your studies and participate in guest lectures given by company representatives.
Study abroad
During the second year, you get the opportunity to study a semester abroad at one of JIBS' recommended partner schools. During the semester, you can specialize your education, while developing your intercultural awareness and expanding your understanding of the business.
