Introduction

Analyze data and work close to leaders! The program is interdisciplinary and collaborates with businesses and organizations to develop your ability to solve real problems through appropriate economic models and methods.

This program develops your ability to apply economic models to real-world problems and to use various methods of data analysis to solve them. The program offers a semester of practical applications of economics on issues that companies and organizations are facing, a 10-week internship, and courses in programming and machine learning.

After graduation, you will have the skills to work closely with decision-makers, processing and analyzing large quantities of data and communicating your analyses to managers. Future workplaces could be domestic or international companies, public organizations, aid organizations, and organizations like: the UN, the EU, and the OECD. Some possible roles are data analyst, analyst, strategist, and business developer.

The basic semester includes microeconomics, macroeconomics, mathematics, and econometrics. The next semester consists of current topics in economics, for example, environmental economics or transport economics. During that semester, you have the opportunity to apply theories and practical tools to real situations at companies and organizations.
