Introduction
MASTER IN OIL AND GAS PRODUCTION
New oil and gas sector tendencies require novel approach in combining research and education with hands-on industry feedbacks. One of the oldest department at university with more than 60 years of experience and serious outreach designed a brand new master program with an overall duration of 1,5 year (90 ECTS credits). Our alumni work worldwide in more than 50 countries. Education and research are supported through cooperation with big Ukrainian (Ukrnafta, UGV) and foreign companies (Halliburton, Schlumberger, Shell, BP, Statoil and many more), Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE). Specialized software donated by key developers is actively used in educational and research. Dual diploma with University of Science and Technology AGH na Staszica (Krakow, Poland) is available for this English language delivered the master program. Quality of education is confirmed by nearly 100% job placement of our alumni for Ukrainian and overseas companies.
