Curriculum
The Master‘s programme in Management is perfect for any specialist or executive whose first degree did not include economics. Whether you come from an engineering, science, or humanities background, your Master‘s in Management studies will provide you with sound leadership skills and know-how in a specialist field of management of your choice.
You’ll get to know the structures of global companies and strategy development for internationalisation. In addition, you’ll acquire strategic management skills. The focus is on operations and systems control on the one hand and people management on the other.
Once you have chosen your specialist subject, you can delve more deeply into International Marketing, Finance and Accounting, IT Management, Engineering Management, Big Data Management or Leadership.

As a change manager, you will accompany and guide your company through these processes.
Project Manager
As a project manager, you take the lead for a company project. You lead, organise, budget and keep the view of the bigger picture. You are responsible for the planning, implementation, acceptance, and post-processing of projects. This can involve product launches, website relaunches, business restructuring, and similar projects. As part of these projects, your role is primarily to coordinate and delegate the corresponding roles and be available as the project contact partner.
