Introduction
Whether you choose the work-study route or the classic route, joining the Marketing-Sales Master at ISTC constitutes essential preparation for becoming the communications professional essential to the contemporary world.
The Master takes place on the Wenov campus - Euratechnologies Lille
International Communications
Develop and manage the communication and marketing of your company internationally
Embrace an international or international-related career by managing communication projects for the advertiser or in an agency.
The key points:
- A first year of Master's degree - two possibilities
- An academic semester at ISTC followed by 6 months of internship
- One year at the Universidad CEU San Pablo in Madrid (double degree reserved for ISTC students with a Bachelor's degree)
- A second year of Master's degree - two possibilities
- One semester in academic exchange in one of the ISTC partner universities (see p.34) followed by 6 months of internship
- Two semesters in academic exchange in one of ISTC ’s partner universities (see p.34)
- A research paper written in English or Spanish
From inter-cultural management to design and crisis communication, this course is only offered as an initial course.

Brand Territory
Design and deploy effective branded content strategies
Combining communication, public relations and marketing, you build a brand territory from both a “market” point of view and an “image” point of view. You develop effective and relevant content strategies in an omnichannel environment with the aim of engaging your community
The key points:
- Audit and evaluate the strength of your brand in terms of notoriety and power
- Build a brand territory and manage a brand content strategy
- Create original content with high added value
- Engage your community through this content
Story-telling, strategic copy, editorial strategy, digital design, content production, social media, influence and PR… Tools and approaches closely linked to communication, public relations and marketing.
The “Brand Territory” course is offered alternately, as part of an apprenticeship contract, over a period of 3 weeks in the company and one week at the ISTC .
Responsible Communication And CSR
Lead projects with high social, ecological and human value within committed companies or organizations As a change manager, you engage the company and its employees in a process of social, environmental and financial sustainability, and you support the teams towards more eco-responsible practices.
The key points:
- Master the issues and pillars of CSR to integrate them into the strategy of your company or organization
- Understanding the societal issues of the ecological transition to create these new imaginations and new propositions of responsible values
- Master ethical codes and regulations
- Mobilize eco-design in internal and external communication on actions undertaken
Standards linked to sustainable development, new societal models, responsible business models, project management or even innovative approaches to responsible communication: this course combines the search for meaning and project management.

E-commerce and Data Marketing
Define an e-commerce strategy and manage its deployment You effectively combine the levers of acquisition, conversion and loyalty in a cross-channel dynamic. Your leitmotif: improve the performance of your e-commerce site using data.

- Build an e-commerce strategy by integrating all digital channels
- Design an e-commerce interface and make your offer attractive
- Legally secure your digital applications
- Develop data marketing strategies
Data marketing e-CRM, inbound marketing, UX design, CRM, e-commerce and m-commerce… This course prepares you for managing projects oriented towards commerce and e-commerce and customer relations.
The “E-commerce and data marketing” course is offered on a work-study basis, as part of an apprenticeship contract, over a period of 3 weeks in a company and one week at ISTC .

Rethink the customer journey and create a memorable customer experience Understand the contexts, acquire the reflexes, methods and concrete practices to meet the challenges of winning and retaining customers by offering a quality omnichannel customer experience! Become a Customer success manager.
The key points:
- Consolidate your customer knowledge and mobilize the levers of relationship marketing
- Define and implement effective customer journeys
- Design omnichannel loyalty strategies and run programs

Organization of the Master
The Master takes place over two years with common core lessons and specialization through 6 courses.
- Master 1: 300 hours of common core + 150 hours of coursework
- Master 2: 150 hours of common core + 300 hours of coursework
