Goals
Corporate Finance, developed in the current context of business management, has been a special management tool for creating company value.
The Master in Corporate Finance aims to provide specialized, highly qualified training in the field of corporate financial management. It presents a predominantly professional aspect, where technical/scientific knowledge and its practical application are emphasized, aiming to satisfy the training needs of people who intend to make a career in financial management of companies, as well as those who already work and intend to improve their knowledge. .
Professional Exits
The Master in Corporate Finance provides professional skills for exercising the financial function in organizations, in particular, for exercising financial planning, drawing up strategic plans, risk planning, rationalizing resources, restructuring companies and international financial management.
Recipients
Pursuant to article 17 of Decree-Law No. 74/2006, updated by Decree-Law No. 107/2008, of 25 June, the following can apply for access to the cycle of studies leading to a Master's degree in Business Finance:
- Holders of a bachelor's degree or legal equivalent;
- Holders of a foreign higher academic degree conferred following a 1st cycle of studies organized in accordance with the Bologna principles by a State adhering to this Process;
- Holders of a foreign higher academic degree that is recognized as satisfying the objectives of the degree by the Technical-Scientific Council of the Higher School of Industrial and Management Studies (ESEIG);
- Holders of an academic, scientific and professional curriculum that is recognized as attesting the ability to carry out this cycle of studies by the Technical-Scientific Council of ESEIG."

NOTE: The Course, although coordinated by ISCAP , takes place at the premises of Vila do Conde at the Polytechnic of Porto, after working hours, with about 12 hours of classes per week.
