Goals

The course aims to train those who most directly intervene in these organizations in the most advanced techniques of organizational management, providing them with comprehensive training that covers all aspects considered essential in the training of the modern manager: Macroeconomic and microeconomic, organizational, financial, legal aspects , communicational and social/political. Embedded in a clear vocation of service, the course aims, through adequate training of current and future leaders and technicians in the sector, to strengthen and improve the quality of performance of the organizations involved, without forgetting that this purpose will have to be achieved through consistent practices with the objectives of the sector.
