The ISPAB's statutory objectives are: Promote and develop teaching, research, and culture; Teach higher education and grant academic degrees and degrees under the terms that are or may be authorized by the Ministry of Education; Teach training, specialization, and improvement courses, even if they do not confer an academic degree; Organize conferences, seminars, and other activities of a scientific and pedagogical nature; Organize and develop actions to provide services to the community within the scope of the scientific fields taught and in a perspective of mutual appreciation; Promote continuous training; Organize or cooperate in educational, cultural, and technical extension activities; Promote and stimulate contacts at the pedagogical, technical, scientific, and cultural level with national and international institutions; Promote actions aimed at developing scientific research within the scope of its training areas and in other areas deemed to be of interest; Collaborate with public or private entities, namely within the scope of regional development.
