Introduction
Our Specialization in Law and Finance provides our participants with the necessary tools for their updating and improvement as Corporate and/or Banking Legal Advisor. It delves into the study of banking contracts, the stock market, and derivatives. At the same time, it provides the lawyer with a global vision of the exercise of the Financial System and the Stock Market, enabling him to advise complex international transactions.
The financial training of business lawyers is complemented with intensive courses in Corporate Law, Corporate Compliance, and Negotiations.
