Introduction
Illinois Tech’s Master of Science in Environmental Engineering with Specialization in Energy/Environment/Economics (E3) provides students with advanced professional preparation in specialized areas of environmental engineering practice with applications in energy, environment, and economics. This program provides a mixed-media foundation with the opportunity for students to gain experience in a combination of environmental engineering fields including water and wastewater engineering, air quality engineering, and industrial and hazardous waste engineering and management.
Students can also take elective courses in energy technologies for a unique understanding of the associated environmental issues and economic forces that drive technology choices.
