Introduction

Marketing is the process of planning and executing any strategy aimed at the design, pricing, promotion, and distribution of goods, services, and ideas to create exchanges that meet consumers and businesses.

The marketing specialty is concerned with studying factors (demographic, economic, social, technological, environmental, and cultural) impacting the demand for consumer goods, equipment, and services, allowing the development of appropriate procedures and policies to meet this demand.
