Students who choose this specialty are trained in the area of ​​corporate finance. They analyze the effects of fiscal policy and project analysis on the interests of shareholders. The study budget forecasts the cost of capital, dividend distribution policy, debt policy, financing policy, leasing policy, and option pricing. The "finance" specialty also includes financial analysis. It allows students to examine the comparative advantages of different types of investment and the role of financial institutions through asset/liability management at the bank level and the examination of institutional savings in the analysis of financial institutions, investments concerning portfolio management, at the level of the stock exchange, as well as the opportunities offered by the international capital market.

This specialty prepares laureates for careers as financial director, controller, treasurer, manager in charge of credit files, paying treasurer, risk and insurance director, analyst, and financial advisor.
