The Master in Talent Development and Human Resources is a 10-month program divided into 3 terms, each addressing key areas of knowledge and skills you need for the program journey. You will learn how HR needs to support the business objectives, how to develop talent so it reaches its potential, how to lead change in organizations, and how to apply tech to accelerate and optimize talent and change initiatives.

MyHRFutureAcademy is a learning experience platform for HR professionals looking to invest in their careers which offers content on topics such as people analytics, digital HR and HR technology, workforce planning, and design thinking.
All Talent Development & Human Resources students will now find two mandatory certificates included in the program syllabus: Storytelling with Data in HR and How to Manage Stakeholders in People Analytics.
These certificates will need to be completed during the final term in order to apply what’s been learned to the final consulting project.
