Introduction
The EFMD-accredited Programme Grande Ecole prepares students for successful international management careers in sales, marketing, and business development (5-year master's degree level studies). Students can join the programme in the 4th year, and choose between two specializations which will be taught in English.
The specialization "International Business Development" prepares students to improve the marketing processes of a product or service on an international market by allowing them to define and implement a strategy responding to the different challenges of the company and its environment. The objective of this training is part of a strong demand from companies: managers with a strategic vision. The latter must be experts in sales, marketing, and development functions to optimize the value chain of companies in new markets.
The specialization "Luxury Marketing" will provide insight into all the subtleties of a rapidly expanding discipline, which nurture you as a marketing expert, with a strong competence for innovation and mastery of the digital context in connection with the environmental context in the luxury area.

Curriculum
Year 1
Discovering & Understanding the World of Business
During your first year of studies in the Grande Ecole program at ICD, you’ll focus on developing an understanding of the fundamentals of sales and marketing. We’ll also offer you a first taste of living abroad and you’ll carry out a short business placement, helping you develop your personal and career projects.
Semester 1
- An introduction to the fundamentals of sales and marketing

Semester 2 (Immersion in English - Coventry University)
- Develop your language & intercultural communication skills
- Lectures (in English) to deepen your knowledge and understanding of the modules taught in semester 1

Year 2
Developing Marketing Skills & an Entrepreneurial Mindset
In year 2, you’ll further develop the knowledge and understanding acquired in the first year. You’ll also acquire a global approach to the way business organizations function, enabling you to develop key operational skills.

Year 3
Understanding International Markets
In year 3, you’ll be able to develop a truly global business perspective thanks to a study abroad semester or a full year following a double degree program. The opportunities we’ll offer you to explore new cultures and carry out an international business placement will help you develop a different understanding of sales and marketing practices.

Year 5
Managing and Decision-making
Developing expertise in a particular profession while integrating the company's global issues is an essential skill for tomorrow's managers. The 5th year marks the culmination of the Grande Ecole program and prepares students for a successful entry into the professional world.
This training program (Bac+5) enables alternating students to follow modules taught by the school's research professors and professionals in marketing, customer relations, and related fields (data analysis, digital communication, etc.). Management disciplines (human resources management, and corporate financial management) are also included in the curriculum. Graduates are trained in operational 'business' skills as well as the cross-disciplinary and reflective skills needed by a manager. They will be able to apply these skills in the professional environment of their choice, in any type of company, and in a wide variety of roles.

Program Outcome
The Grande Ecole Program gives access to a Bac+5 (Grade de Master) diploma, recognized by the French Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation, and designed to train students for careers in marketing and sales in an innovative, digital and international environment. The 4th and 5th years of the Grande Ecole program are available as part of a sandwich course or as initial training.
TOP-LEVEL TRAINING
The aim of the Grande Ecole Program's study cycles is to prepare you for management or entrepreneurial careers in the corporate world. The first cycle (years 1, 2 and 3) of the Grande Ecole Program will enable you to acquire general skills concerning the way companies operate and essential management skills. The second cycle (years 4 and 5) will enable you to specialize through majors and minors, and learn a trade through multiple phases of corporate immersion. Connected to the job market, ICD Business School puts a premium on familiarizing students with the business world. Commercial Engineer / Complex Sales Manager
In their role, the commercial engineer/ complex sales manager acts as an intermediary between their company, which manufactures industrial products, and its clients. They are a specialized representative in their field, managing and developing a portfolio of clients. Whether it's airplanes, spare parts, or IT systems, their areas of expertise are highly specialized, requiring an
excellent understanding of the sector.
BUSINESS ANALYST
The business analyst serves as the liaison between the IT department and operational departments within the company. Reporting to the marketing or sales director, they analyze information processes and decision-making strategies. To improve company performance, they adjust these processes based on results and set objectives. Anticipating future challenges, they establish budget forecasts and conduct competitive analysis to create an attractive and innovative sales strategy. Consequently, the business analyst functions as a project manager who integrates various business needs to formalize specifications and requirements.
