Introduction
Masters in Human Resource Management
The International Human Resources Management (IHRM) specialty is intended to train generalists in the field, capable of occupying any job within the human resources department of an international company or an international consulting firm. 70% of courses are given in English by foreign and French professors, executives and experts from international companies and firms.
Terms of access
Access to this specialty is open:
- to students who have validated the 60 credits of the 1st year of the Master in Human Resources Management who have satisfied the specific assessment conditions and upon examination of their file;
- to students who have validated 60 credits from another 1st year of a Master in Management, to holders of a 1st year Master's degree, an engineering diploma, a diploma from a business school or any other diploma deemed equivalent , after examining their academic record and passing a selection test.
The file will present the university course of the last 3 years of study, the curriculum vitae and a handwritten letter of motivation in English of 2 pages. Students will also have to certify their language skills (TOEFL, TOEIC, Cambridge First Certificate, Cambridge Proficiency, certificates, marks obtained in foreign language lessons)

Semester 2
- UE10 - Internship, Master's thesis, Team Project, Conferences
Research track - Access to the Doctorate
Students wishing to pursue a doctorate in management sciences must validate the UE11 “Research HRM” teaching unit by substituting the professional teaching units UE5, UE6, UE9 and complete a UE10 research dissertation (Master's thesis).
- UE11 - HRM Research Course: Theory of Organizations; research protocol; research methods.
Internships
A mandatory 6-month internship must be completed during the training.
