The course enables you to master current and future challenges in market-oriented management. You will not only learn fundamental leadership skills, but also acquire transformative leadership skills and learn how to identify future markets and develop solutions for digital transformation. Our didactics are strongly characterized by interactive and problem-based learning. You can deepen your own interests in the research and transfer modules of the third and fourth semesters.

Focus
Building on the basic skills imparted, the course focuses on three core areas that are adapted to the current and future challenges of modern entrepreneurship. The focus areas are an integral part of the curriculum - there is no option for this course of study.
Sustainable marketing competence
Understanding and classification of global markets and business models as well as their structures, mechanisms and actors; Development of products and matching brand and marketing strategies
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and sustainable management skills
Integration of social, cultural and ethical aspects and issues in the business context
Leadership competence
Application of sustainable leadership models in an intercultural context in order to motivate people in different situations and to reconcile the interests of the organization and employees
Requirements and application
In order to be able to take up a master’s degree at Hochschule Fresenius , you must meet the relevant admission criteria. In this context, we check the completion of your first academic degree, your final grade, the content of your preliminary course and your language skills.
Completed bachelor's degree
In order to be able to take up this master’s degree at Hochschule Fresenius , prospective students must have completed a bachelor’s degree or a comparable academic degree (e.g. diploma). In the case of a bachelor's degree that has not yet been fully completed, 80 percent of the credit points to be earned must already have been achieved at the time of application. The outstanding achievements must be submitted by the time of enrollment at the latest.
Final grade
The bachelor's degree must be completed with a final grade of “good” or better. If the grade point average is different, the ability to study can be proven by means of a separate entrance test.
Professional requirements
In the previous bachelor's degree, at least 30 percent of the ECTS points should be assigned to the subject area of economics. Missing ECTS points in the field of economics can be proven either through a separate entrance test or proof of successfully completed commercial vocational training or through a relevant business activity of at least 18 months.
linguistic proficiency
Knowledge of German and English: Level B2 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
