Do you want to offer opportunities to students and course participants that are tailored to their abilities and talents? The part-time Master Educational Needs program provides you with a scientific and remedial educational approach with a focus on appropriate teaching.

Do you have a great diversity of pupils and course participants in the classroom and do you need training and support in appropriate teaching? Recognition, recognition and appreciation of diversity are central to the learning program of the Master Educational Needs. The program pays ample attention to the challenges teachers face in a metropolitan environment. The starting point of the training is the subject 'Diversity as a pedagogical force'. You will study diversity and the normative professional, the meaning of pedagogy and specific pedagogical action in a variety of situations.
