Program Description
- Known as the MBA for the hospitality industry, students will gain specific managerial mastery to prepare them to work on the business side of a multibillion-dollar international industry.
- With a wide range of careers, the hospitality industry is one of the largest sectors in the service industry and provides a vast number of opportunities for those with an MS in Hospitality Management.

- No industry experience or previous hospitality education required for admission
- Graduate students interested in conducting research in hospitality and tourism management research during graduate and post-graduate studies can choose the thesis track of the Master of Science in Hospitality Management. This 33-credit program includes a three-credit thesis course and a three-credit elective.

FIU students have options when it comes to funding their education. In addition, students admitted into the Chaplin School can apply to be considered for internal and external Hospitality Management scholarships.
Hospitality Graduate Scholarship
- $5000 scholarship offered to out-of-state and international students to six students per year

- A military/veteran discount is available for online graduate programs at the Chaplin School. Corporate sponsorship is also available for employees who qualify.
Latin American and Caribbean Graduate Fellowship
