Introduction

Know-how and specialization in IT security

While cybersecurity is increasingly becoming a key technology in modern communications society, the availability of comprehensively trained specialists with know-how in the technical, organizational and legal environment is increasingly falling short of current requirements. The Master's degree in Secure Information Systems imparts precisely this knowledge in combination. In addition to comprehensive basic training, it offers the opportunity for individual in-depth study and specialization in various areas of IT security and organizational information security. In particular, new technologies such as quantum computing and the use of
Artificial Intelligence in cybersecurity applications. In addition to professional, practice-oriented training, independent work, scientific procedures and the development of communication skills are key concerns.
