In a world of rapid change, our mission is to create sustainable impact. The Master's program "Leading Transformation" goes beyond conventional training - it is more of a call to "impact makers" who want to boldly move forward and actively shape the transformation for humanity and our precious planet.
During your studies, you will learn the art of transformation. You will be empowered to bring about positive social or ecological change in organizations. Our teaching approach not only provides a profound understanding of digitalization, sustainability and organizational change, but also offers you the opportunity to complete short-term programs at partner universities if you are interested.
In the second year of your studies, you can choose from a wide range of elective subjects, including Regenerative Cultures & Leadership, Ecopsychology, SMART Cities & Regions, eSports Management, Holistic Health Management, Creative Economy Management or HR Transformation and Team Dynamics.

This training makes it possible to take on managerial, advisory or independent positions in order to design and manage transformation projects, make data-supported decisions, manage impact in a targeted manner and switch leadership to transformational and meaningful styles in New Work mode.

The graduates are qualified internationally as transformation experts, organizational developers and chief transformation officers, digital managers, sustainability managers, social & sustainable entrepreneurs, digital transformation or sustainability consultants as well as fundraising managers and community Managers to work. Entrepreneurship and international engagement are explicitly encouraged during the course.
Good to know
As part of your studies, you can complete a pre-PhD seminar that prepares you for subsequent entry into further doctoral studies 2 .
