Introduction
Know-how for the new era of human resource management
The profound demographic changes in Europe and the changing attitudes of new generations of employees towards work and leadership are putting personnel issues at the centre of corporate attention. Human resource management is developing radically new answers to these challenges. As a human resource manager, you have to be just as adept at strategic issues as you are at international HRM and issues of diversity and intercultural management in order to inspire employees for the company, to retain them and to support them. The master's degree* is the door opener for entry into human resources management or for advancement into management positions if you already have experience in HRM. (*Start of study subject to approval by AQ Austria)
