Introduction
In the context of economic transactions with foreign countries, the legislation on international sanctions, export controls, embargoes, freezes and restrictions on trade has taken on primary importance both at European and Italian level, so much so as to strongly condition the obligations of companies, banks and professionals. Conducting enhanced verifications and proper anti-money laundering due diligence becomes essential in the case of transactions with countries subject to sanctions.
The Master on International Sanctions, Export Control and Anti-Money Laundering, providing an overview of the European and Italian legislative framework in the field of sanctions, embargoes and trade restrictions, aims to provide suitable tools for detecting and distinguishing the various types of international sanctions and restrictions, analyzing their interaction with the anti-money laundering legislation dedicating a particular focus to the restrictive measures adopted by the European Union towards the Russian Federation and Belarus.

The International Sanctions, Export Control and Anti-Money Laundering Masters is aimed at all those who, within the company, deal with internationalization processes in various capacities, with a particular focus on export control aspects, holding roles of responsibility or operational roles and who wish to consolidate and expand their specialist knowledge. Curriculum
15 modules in Blended mode (7 classroom + 6 e-learning) + extra conference.
The Master on International Sanctions, Export Control and Anti-Money Laundering lasts 5 months and is organized into 15 modules attended in Blended mode. Each module requires attendance of 1 day in the classroom and 3 weeks in e-learning: the e-learning module follows the classroom module temporally, deepening the topics and allowing the certification of the outgoing skills through the administration of verification tests with an average daily commitment of about 10 minutes. The teaching of the Master foresees an important pragmatic activity dedicating the afternoon of the classroom days to the practical analysis of real cases, proposed by the students themselves in the days preceding the intervention, and subject to analysis and plenary discussion or exercise guided by the teacher.

Master's degree
At the end of the training course, each learner will be able to obtain the Diploma of the Master on International Sanctions, the Certificate, which will certify the attendance of the training course and the acquisition of specialized skills verified thanks to the tests carried out through written and oral final exam and Test carried out with the School's E-Learning platform.
Achievement is subject to the following conditions:
- regular attendance of classroom lessons;
- regular attendance of lectures on the E-Learning platform;
- passing the scheduled written tests;
- passing the tests required on the E-learning platform;
The release of the Diploma and other qualifications is in any case subject to regular attendance of lessons (at least 80% of the days).

At the end of the course, ENROLLMENT in the REGISTER of Sanction Certified Managers reserved for graduates of the Master in "International Sanctions, Export Control and Anti-Money Laundering" and held at the European School of Banking Management is expected.
