Introduction
Why is the MSc in Management and Leadership a good choice?
This four-semester course trains business and public sector professionals who have achieved sound and integrated professional knowledge in specific areas of management. Graduates will acquire the abilities to analyze, plan, and manage the workflows of private and public sector organizations. They will be able to detect, analyze and solve problems employing concepts relating to individual and organizational learning as well as utilizing innovative and creative thinking skills. Those completing the program will have knowledge sufficient for progress to the Ph.D. level. Applicants are eligible to apply if they hold a bachelor's degree in the field of business administration and management or earned at least 30 ECTS credits in the field of business or management.

What will you learn?
The aim of the course is to train economists for businesses and public sector organizations who have sound and integrated professional knowledge in a wide range of management fields. The knowledge they acquire enables them to analyze, plan and manage the work processes of competitive and public-sector organizations. They are able to identify, analyze and solve emerging problems while using established forms of individual and organizational learning and harnessing their capacity for innovation and creative thinking.
