Course Structure
The program lasts 12 months and includes:
- 450 hours of on-site teaching
- 2 semesters in Paris totaling 60 ECTS
- A company project for a luxury brand, and a master’s dissertation totaling 30 ECTS.

Luxury sectors: from A to Z: This module presents the origins of the luxury industry, and how whole sectors have developed over the years to match evolving market needs. Through a sectorial analysis of jewelry & watches, fashion & leather goods, cosmetics & perfumes, and hospitality & tourism, students will develop a wide understanding of a multi-faceted business. Company visits will be organized.
International markets and consumers: This module introduces students to global luxury markets and their growth potential. Market penetration tactics are explored, and company strategies are contextualized through the analysis of socio-cultural and economic studies. Specific local consumer needs, distribution networks, and the communication strategies of leading luxury players are studied in detail.
Sustainable and innovative luxury: Luxury companies are part of ecosystems that need to show evidence of transparency and traceability. In their value chain from raw materials through to finished products, they aim to integrate the UN SDGs, communicating to international audiences about their engagement. This course will explain the transition to eco-conscious business and how to innovate.
Management of communication strategies: Luxury brands develop international campaigns that increase their exposure and appeal to consumers. This module explores the communication tactics and strategies of luxury players, including storytelling, events, and PR, and the role of fashion shows to target specific market segments, in order to adapt to market needs. The role of communications agencies is presented along with the communications ecosystem.
Digital practices in luxury: The digitalization of luxury companies have become a key element in their strategies. Using practical case studies, this module presents the latest evolutions and practices of leading luxury players from CRM data analysis, store analysis, advertising, and communications, to social media strategies.
