The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Programme, established by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, aims to attract top foreign students to enrol in Masters and PhD programmes at French higher education institutions. This prestigious scholarship provides unique opportunities for future foreign decision-makers in both the private and public sectors, in priority areas of study.
