Introduction
This program answers the need of the employment market for highly skilled professionals in:
- Developing an innovative circular economy strategy
- Implementing the strategy of circularization
- Evaluating the performance and the societal and environmental impacts
The MSc, Master of Science in Circular Economy & Sustainable innovation aims to train professionals in the circular economy capable of defining a strategy for transforming the business model of a company or an organization by proposing innovative and sustainable solutions, in accordance with the concepts and challenges of the circular economy. The program develops the necessary skills for the successful completion of activities related to the targeted positions (CE consultant, CE project manager).

Program Outcome
Students will develop skills and specific competencies to manage activities required in the career opportunities :
- Development of the business model, the development plan, and the corporate culture, taking into account the transition to the circular economy;
- Participation in the design of integrated and innovative solutions for services and goods for identified beneficiaries (including customers) by adapting material resources and developing the company’s intangible resources (employee skills, trust, occupational health, organizational relevance);
- Developing cooperation between the actors of the product/service value chain around the company project, including through the implementation of training for employees and stakeholders, including the company’s customers;
- Leading a complete internal and/or external project team involving all functions to design a proposal based on the circular economy;
- Participation in the creation of value for all stakeholders (internal and external);
- Initiation and support of a change in employee attitudes to better embody the new model (moving from the causal method to the effectual method)
- Setting up evaluation systems for the company’s activities, particularly cooperation within the sector, and performance indicators based on the satisfaction of customer needs, environmental and social impacts and on the territorial impact of the company’s activities;
- Prospective monitoring of new sustainable business models.
