Introduction
The design & operation of production systems and supply chain is undergoing rapid change. Driven by new technology, as reflected by industry 4.0, connected industries and the industrial internet, and the education and experience of the past are no longer sufficient, to guide your company through the required changes. Master these with Production and Operations Management and acquire the necessary competencies, bridging the gap between up-to-date theory and advanced technologies.
The Master in Production and Operations Management enables engineers to analyze, understand, and manage operations of a manufacturing or service organization, especially in a global context. The program focuses on production processes, information technology, logistics, and human factors. Participants are qualified to optimize the efficiency of value-added processes within the operation of production and service systems.
