Andrés tells us how the Executive MBA helped him to face the challenge of running a company founded in 1976. At the monthly meeting of "Alumni Experiences" we had the opportunity to get to know in detail his story and the evolution of Andrés throughout his professional career. “As a member of a family business, I approached ENAE because of the need to face the challenge of leading a business group. At first, I was very hesitant because I thought that the Executive MBA was too demanding and that I would not be able to take advantage of it. In fact, the director of the school himself helped me to overcome my doubts and motivated me to move ahead, and now I am very grateful to him. I opted for the Executive MBA because it covered many different areas of business. I needed to understand every area and department of the company. Therefore, the MBA was the most appropriate solution to solve the problems I had to face as CEO of the business group. Professors, in my opinion, were exceptional. They are outstanding professionals in their respective disciplines. They share with you their years of experience, which is essential because thanks to this knowledge you avoid mistakes that otherwise would be unavoidable.
