Introduction
This program develops advanced management skills and enables students to acquire practical knowledge enabling them to assume positions of high responsibility in the corporate world. The program prepares students to be future leaders, firstly by offering a common core of teaching covering core management subjects such as finance, human resources, marketing, corporate strategy, and operations. The program then offers a series of optional courses in three different disciplines: business law, economics, finance, and culture. Students develop a global vision with in-depth skills in budgetary control and management to better inform decision-making.
Specialization courses prepare students to be operational in the field. Finance courses equip students for careers in accounting, controlling, and corporate finance. Specialization courses in Business Law prepare future in-house lawyers specializing in subjects such as commercial regulations and financial law. Specialization courses in Culture prepare future event managers by making them aware of the evolution of cultural productions.

The diploma is awarded by the School of Applied Management.
Curriculum

Additional skills acquired in the Finance Specialization include:
- Conducting financial analysis and measuring performance, focusing on the commercial aspects of a company
- Preparing and drafting a company audit
- Establishing a budget and mobilizing financial resources
In the Business Law Specialization, additional skills include:
- Providing legal advice on business management
- Managing compliance and regulatory issues
- Applying commercial law to structure a commercial project and make decisions based on legal knowledge
In the Arts Management Specialization, additional skills include:
- Managing teams in cultural and artistic environments
- Planning and marketing cultural events
- Managing financial resources and fundraising for cultural projects.
Bridges
There are pathways available for changing specializations. These pathways depend on the number of accumulated credits. The final decision rests with the Dean, in consultation with the faculty. Certification can only be obtained by accumulating 120 ECTS credits.

The common core of the Master's in Manager of Sales Teams and Networks in Applied Management develops the following skills:
