The Master in Creativity and Design Leadership invites you on a transformative journey where you will develop self-awareness as a leader and obtain the necessary skills to navigate the complex and important intersection between creativity, design and leadership. Taking into account that creativity, design and leadership drive change and innovation in industries, this master's degree delves into how creative and design approaches can be understood, developed and applied.
Modern forms of leadership, such as adaptive leadership, complex leadership or creative leadership, are considered key elements to harness the potential of today's people and organizations, as well as solve problems and co-create new futures. But this is not just a master's degree about creativity, design and leadership, it is a journey of self-discovery and capacity building, where you will examine your own attitudes, knowledge and skills to transform your career and your way of seeing the world.
We believe that creativity, design and leadership intrinsically weave the web of the creative industries and, as a consequence, the world. Our program will give you the tools necessary to lead, inspire creative thinking and sharpen your design skills. The resulting synergy will equip you to lead with vision, navigate complexity, and drive results in an ever-evolving global creative landscape.
