Introduction
Our course philosophy is to educate young professionals to become leaders with an entrepreneurial spirit through a focus on business development, new venture creation, transdisciplinarity, and digital transformation.

Grande Ecole Program Grande Ecole (Master’s degree) – 3 key periods
1st & 2nd years: the pillars of management
Master the fundamental principles of management science in a French or international context (accounting, finance, marketing, sales, human resources), gain a sound knowledge of the digital world (coding, digital entrepreneurship), and the humanities (geopolitics, design) to allow you to effectively interact with others from diverse backgrounds and disciplines (engineers, designers, computer engineers)
3rd year: integrative management
Gain a 360° view of management and interactions between the various fields of management through an understanding of the impact of the digital transformation on a company’s overall performance (Strategy, Financial Management, Digital Transformation, etc.)
4th and 5th year: specialization

Program Outcome
Key programs objectives are:
- To provide general management education by integrating ethics-driven behavior and an international perspective.
- To maintain a key role for entrepreneurial experience (both from an entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial standpoint).
- To provide professional experience through a portfolio of specializations and numerous work placements, project-based learning and even apprenticeship or entrepreneurial project coaching (Student Entrepreneurship Track) for some of them.
