• Use the key indicators, either from the exploitation of HR Analytics as economic-financial models to ensure decision making and measurement of return on investment in projects in the area.
• Acquire a global vision of the different Human Resources policies that allows you to carry out an adequate design and ensure its implementation.
• Develop the leadership capacity of people and teams, as well as the relational skills necessary to generate greater impact and influence in the organization.
• Develop your potential as a manager thanks to an individualized process of Executive Coaching.
• Transfer the learning acquired in the program by carrying out a Strategic Human Resources Plan as a team based on one of the companies of a Master participant.
