What you will be able to do...
You will develop the key competencies that will allow you to design and implement a Strategic HR Plan according to the business and consolidate your Leadership position in the HR Department in an organization.
- Acquire a broad vision of the business that allows you to participate in the strategic direction and thus be able to identify the priorities in terms of Human Capital.
- Develop your role as a change agent and Management partner.
- Carry out a cultural audit to accompany the processes of organizational change.
- Use the key indicators, either from the exploitation of HR Analytics as economic-financial models to ensure decision making and measurement of return on investment in projects in the area.
- Acquire a global vision of the different Human Resources policies that allows you to carry out an adequate design and ensure its implementation.
- Develop the leadership capacity of people and teams, as well as the relational skills necessary to generate greater impact and influence in the organization.
- Develop your potential as a manager thanks to an individualized process of Executive Coaching.
- Transfer the learning acquired in the program by carrying out a Strategic Human Resources Plan as a team based on one of the companies of a Master participant.
