Introduction
The Digital Marketing Course is available can be attended live online from all over the world or even in an on-demand formula, released from attendance hours. It allows the possibility of integrating from 4 to 12 months of real internship ( Work Experience ) part time in a company or in the same school, available for both young and old people who cannot leave their current job to have an albeit very useful training experience.
Real Practice (work experience)
All Digital Coach Courses provide the opportunity to deepen the notions and skills learned during classes with a practical-operational slant with a real-life internship experience, the Work Experience. In a job market that demands more and more specialization, it becomes crucial to be able to demonstrate that you have carried out an initial curricular activity in a field consistent with the Master's studies. It is precisely in this logic that we have devised a formula that allows the student to choose the area in which to specialize and to be included in the relevant work team. In collaboration with colleagues and under the supervision of professional consultants in web marketing and social media marketing , the student has the opportunity to work in teams on real activities and follow all phases of their implementation. A curriculable work to be included under their professional experiences. At the conclusion of the Work Experience the student will be able to include the internship experience in their resume and Linkedin profile. The Work Experience is optional and can be done either with the Digital Coach® School or in one of our partner companies.

Digital Strategy: online & offline integration
Overview of all major online marketing channels, peculiarities and differences between them. From SEO to email marketing, through social media and on to mobile, we will look at what criteria should guide us in choosing the optimal mix for different types of companies and businesses. We will then discover channel integration strategies aimed at maximizing the contribution of each channel in the cycle that starts from traffic generation and must lead to conversion into sales, while also considering offline aspects.
SEO: Search Engine Optimization
Activities aimed at optimizing the presence on search engines in order to generate traffic of users interested in one's products and services.Historical discipline that, however, in the last 2 years has undergone radical changes configuring itself as the most holistic of web marketing disciplines.
SEM & Display Advertising: convert the traffic generated on your site.
Module in which you are taught to use different PPC ( Pay Per Click ) type tools thanks to which you can carry out targeted strategies in terms of location, days, times as well as interests, age and gender of the users. These include Google Adwords and its features of both Keyword advertising and Display Advertising ( banners ).
E-Mail Marketing:
DEM ( Direct Email marketing ) is a historically dated but still extremely effective tool in stimulating actions that often bring online sales. We will look at all the tricks, both technological and communicative and copywriting, to be able to dramatically improve the performance of this tool.

E-Commerce Strategies & Management:
We will define the critical success factors of an online sales project by analyzing for each the Best Practices that produce the best results. We will talk about online strategy, online sales channels, technology choices but there will be no shortage of offline topics such as range choices, those of warehouse management ( Drop Shipment ), Customer service and organizational set-up.
E-Commerce Software & Magento:
We will look at the pros and cons of the different paths you can take when choosing your E-commerce platform evaluating the risks and opportunities of each from using proprietary solutions to choosing an open source CMS (content management system) software. We will indicate why we lean toward the choice of open source solutions and in particular the Magento CMS. The ever-increasing availability of information available in the digital marketing world requires the ability to know how to use tools that can effectively integrate it such as Google's Universal Analytics. However, we will also discover and use A/B testing and eye tracking tools useful for improving our understanding of our potential customers' preferences, habits, and interests.
E-Commerce Regulations:
We will present all the key issues to consider when you want to open an e-commerce site: right of withdrawal, privacy, use of Cookies, online contracts, EU and non-EU VAT, VIES (Vat Information Exchange System) database registration. We will also discover the differences to be considered for Business to Business versus Business to Consumer sales and see the new legislation that regulates the sector at the European level
User Experience:
You will learn how to design intangible design, how to create an effective strategy to improve the user experience on a website across the board. You will understand the difference between UX and UI because to be truly useful to the users who visit a site, graphics are not enough: the interface is not the solution.
