Introduction
You will take core courses in how CSR and Knowledge Management are relevant for marketing, human resources and accounting before specialising in one of these three areas of study. The capstone of your 10-month study period will be a thesis project in which you examine how a specific real-world research problem relates to one of the focus areas of the program.

Program Outcome
After passing all courses, including the thesis work, you will be awarded the degree of Master of Science with a major in Business Administration and Management.
Program objectives
The program will enhance students’ understanding of both management and the chosen specialization. It will also allow students to develop their skills and ability in terms of following research as a means to integrate these two fields of knowledge.
Knowledge and understanding
After completing the program, the student shall be able to:
- discuss ideas, concepts and practices within the field of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and identify CSR-related issues in an international perspective, and
- demonstrate insight regarding how formal and informal knowledge is generated and diffused within and between organisations and how such streams of information can be managed.
Competence and skills
After completing the program, the student shall be able to:
- make a critical analysis of an organisation´s corporate social responsibility, and
- analyse the need for Knowledge Management in a given organisation.
Judgement and approach
After completing the program, the student shall be able to:
- evaluate generated plans for improvements from the viewpoint of different stakeholders.
The program prepares you for further academic studies in a wide range of PhD programs in Business Studies.
