Introduction

The Systems Engineering and Informatics Masters programme provides students with extensive theoretical knowledge in statistics, operation and system analysis, system theory and modelling of technical, economical and social systems, information technologies and information engineering.

The aim of the course is to provide graduates with a balance of knowledge in business and production theory, as well as an in depth understanding of the technical aspects of production and business.

The technical aspects of the Systems Engineering and Informatics Masters course includes:

  • discrete mathematics
  • algorithm theory
  • formal logic
  • functional programming
  • data flow analysis
  • systems design
  • artificial intelligence principles

Graduates of the Systems Engineering and Informatics Masters course are well equipped for subsequent studies in a relevant PhD programme and/or for employment in the business sector, in the banking sector, in agribusiness, food industry, national and international trade etc.
