Business Communication - Postgraduate

The Brazilian is among the most entrepreneurial peoples in the world in surveys that quantitatively analyze the emergence of new businesses. However, when the level of innovation and sustainability of these businesses are analyzed, the country falls to the bottom of the ranking. The lack of planning and innovation are pointed out as causes of this phenomenon. In times of economic crisis, the opening of new businesses takes off motivated by entrepreneurship out of necessity. In this scenario, entrepreneurial education is even more necessary. To meet this need, the Claretian proposes a postgraduate course in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, with disciplines designed to allow the student to transform business ideas into real opportunities, addressing business and people management from initial planning. The study of innovation contributes to the company's competitiveness, continuous improvement, and growth. Important aspects of marketing are addressed in Consumer and Organizational Behavior. The Consulting discipline provides new opportunities for the graduates to act.

The course covers food science content and its classes, involving the professional in kitchen chemistry; the management of food products and the legal aspects involved; construction of specific menus; junction of nutritional bases and gastronomic techniques (trend in the area); the technical and historical foundations of national, international cuisine, bakery, and confectionery; the use of creativity and food design topics; in addition to entrepreneurship and marketing in gastronomy.
