Tourism has been at the center for 30 years

The International Center for Studies on the Tourism Economy was founded in 1991 from the union of Ca' Foscari University of Venice, the Veneto Region and the Italian Touring Club around an innovative project.

The strong synergy between the research and consultancy activity - conducted exclusively or in collaboration with national and international partners - and the university and managerial training activity, allows the Center to provide the tourism industry, local administrations and future tourist operators the tools to tackle the market in an innovative and high-performance way.
