Introduction
The Master of Creative Writing at the Caro y Cuervo Institute promotes and develops creative research and written production through interdisciplinary training and a broad conception of the possibilities of written language. Its purpose is to stimulate analytical, argumentative, reflective, propositional, poetic, and creative processes around the singular solution of narrative problems. His intellectual and pedagogical proposal is based on the contemporary tension between literary creation and production of creative written content; it is about assuming such tension as an opportunity for wealth and educational openness and not as a difference to be settled.
The object of study of the master is thus the understanding, composition, public and media existence, cultural production, management, and dissemination of the story as the main unit of thought of creative writing. The main objective of the master is, consequently, the training of individuals, coming from different areas of the cultural industries, in critical reflection, precise formulation, and creative action in the face of narrative problems of a varied nature, this independent of the formats, platforms or specific genres that summon those problems or in which those problems have to express their solutions.
