Exploring and developing marine opportunities with technology

The future requires us to both nurture and utilise the oceans. This requires innovation and expertise in marine technology. The Master’s Programme in Marine Technology provides you with the technical knowledge to solve marine challenges and create marine opportunities – a skill that is increasingly in demand.

What will you study?

You’ll explore areas such as oceanography, marine engineering, and radar and sonar technology. You will immerse yourself in underwater technology and through collaboration between BTH and other actors in the industry. The programme has been developed in collaboration with Swedish industry to match its needs, and both years end with projects linked to real situations and your future professional role. During the projects, you will study product development, project management and industrial economics.
