Introduction
The program is aimed at training specialists with competence in the field of fundamentals of technology for nanoengineering products, physical chemistry of solids, functional coatings in mechanical engineering. Students gain knowledge in the field of electronic engineering technology of thermophysics of nanosystems, neural network modeling of complex technical systems, management fundamentals, as well as skills in the field of computer modeling of nanotechnological processes, design of nanodevices and systems based on them, methods of optimization of technical systems, in the field of automation of technological processes, nanotechnological equipment and accessories, tests for the reliability of ultra-high-speed devices. Design and engineering activities, formulation of project goals, criteria and ways to achieve goals, building the structure of their relationships, identifying priorities for solving problems in the design, production of products based on nanomaterials, micronanomodules (nodes), nanotechnology processes and nanodiagnostics methods; schematic and design design of new, improvement of existing products for various functional purposes, created on the basis of the use of nanomaterials, micro-nanomodules (nodes), nanotechnology and nanodiagnostics; development of technological cycles for the production of products for various functional purposes, created on the basis of nanomaterials, micronanomodules (nodes), nanotechnology processes, nanodiagnostics methods;
