Introduction

Graduates of the master's program "High-tech plasma and power plants" receive fundamental training in physics, physical electronics, magnetic fluid dynamics, numerical simulation of physical processes, as well as special knowledge that allows them to work effectively in the space industry and such areas as: nanotechnology, optics, microelectronics , mechanical engineering, energy and medicine. Students and staff of the department are engaged in the study, development and design of plasma systems. For these purposes, in 2012, a scientific and educational center "Ionic-Plasma Technologies" was created, consisting of three laboratories that demonstrate a wide field of research in the field of modern technology of plasma devices.
