Introduction
The MS program in Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology prepares students to pursue practitioner or research careers focused on human behaviour in the workplace. The program provides students with a comprehensive background in I/O Psychology that emphasizes the theoretical principles of the field and the application of these principles in the business world.
Designed to meet the needs of full-time students and part-time working professionals, all courses are taught in the evening at Baruch’s centrally-located Manhattan campus with many online offerings.
