Introduction
OBJECTIVE: To provide participants with extensive knowledge in the field of tax law, providing them with the necessary and indispensable theoretical and practical tools to optimize their knowledge in local, state, federal, and international tax aspects necessary for their correct performance within a global world and modern. Develop a theoretical scheme for the solution of a specific problem of Tax Law to explain the phenomenon under study and achieve just and adequate solutions to the problems of legal life.
They will be able to have knowledge of epistemological assumptions and contemporary legal theories that make up the science of Tax Law in tax aspects and the interaction between individuals and legal entities with the State.
