The MSc in Public Policy and International Cooperation is designed for students who want to work on projects in the public interest. It prepares you for positions of responsibility in the public sector, NGOs or international organizations, as well as in consultancies, private companies or associations working in these fields, in areas as diverse as health, urban planning, technology, transport, taxation, the social economy (SSE) and more..
With this in mind, the MSc trains you in the issues and methods/techniques of public management to better meet today's challenges, whether in the public sector or at the intersection of the public and private sectors.
Program Benefits
- A program that trains students in government policy at local, national and international levels, to prepare them for leadership in different types of government or private institutions: public sector companies, local and national governments, NGOs or international organizations, etc.
- Courses taught by academics (professors specialized in the public and/or international sector) and by professionals, members or consultants for government focused organizations (e.g. European Commission, consulting firms specialized in the public sector, independent consultants for international organizations and local authorities, etc.) to facilitate the professional integration of students.
- Training focused on rare and sought-after operational skills in government action (e.g. project financing, public-private partnerships, auditing of government structures, preparation and management of government projects, etc.) combined with the development of excellent knowledge of specific public sector issues (e.g. geopolitics, contemporary government policy issues, public and private institutions and players, transformation of the public sector, etc.)

Program Outcome
The MSc in Public Policy & International Cooperation trains you in the theoretical and practical foundations of public action, as well as the methods and tools specific to it, to make you sought-after professionals in the sector:
- Techniques and tools for monitoring, analysis and evaluation specific to local, national and international public structures (e.g. auditing of public structures, public project management, project financing, public-private partnerships, etc.).
- In-depth knowledge of the logic and functioning of European public policies and of the institutions and actors involved in major international institution.
- Methodological reflexes and keys to analyze the changes in public action in France and internationally, the organizational situations they generate in the field, and the management of the changes that constitute today's challenges.
